Qamus Team-Building Activities are designed to develop inter-staff relationships and hierarchies in an enjoyable and productive atmosphere, based around a musical and audio theme. The object of the team building activity is to create a company CD. Activities are planned at a professional digital recording studio set in an isolated valley in the unique borderland countryside between Shropshire and Wales, within easy striking distance of Birmingham and the Midlands. They may be carried out at any suitable venue near to your place of work.
Every team building session has music as its theme. Different projects may vary in their aims, but all focus on the development of role delegation, communication, leadership, self-motivation, encouragement, and self-evaluation. Furthermore, Qamus can tailor its programmes to meet specific business needs. We'll involve you in deciding what music, what recording and for what end product!
Most importantly, Qamus activities enable individual team members to develop their communications skills base within a new and creative environment, designed to stimulate and drive on participants towards a deeply memorable common goal. Roles are non-combative, and totally complementary. This model is then transported back to the workplace along with the tangible product of a successful team experience - a CD.
